Which plan is right for my business?

Shopify Essentials is best for brands handling up to 200 orders per day. Growth is designed for businesses exceeding 200 orders per day. Enterprise is built for operations handling 1,000+ orders per day or with more complex requirements.

What’s the difference between the plans?

All plans include core warehouse management capabilities such as inventory control, mobile barcode scanning, goods-in, picking and sorting, returns, and reporting. Growth and Enterprise add more users, advanced automation, API access, multi-site support, and optional add-ons.

Can I add more users as I grow?

Yes. Each plan includes a set number of users, with the option to add additional or flex users during peak periods or as your operations expand.

What support will I receive?

All plans include a designated Client Success Manager and support via email, phone, and Zoom. Enterprise plans also include premium 24/7 support.
